How: Sign up to Agile Executives’ MentorsWork programme, where you receive four free 90 minute mentoring sessions, a whole range of business improvement topics and specialist, soft-skills related workshops & masterclasses (online) and get clarity on where to take your business in the future – or what element of it to improve (and how).

I am an ICF accredited business coach with 2500+ hours of mentoring and coaching experience, helping small business owners succeed in their various challenges.

Step 1
1:1 mentoring: What's going on currently
We will review your situation, goals, and recurring patterns of behavior to see what supports and what hinders your progress.
Step 2
1:1 mentoring: Creating new strategies
Through thought-provoking questions and practical reflection, we identify new mindsets, opportunities, and resources.
Step 3
Online Master Classes You take
We not only design personalized, actionable development steps, but also sign you up for a range of Master Classes, that you can confidently apply in your daily work.
How to apply?
- ***Apply at www.mentorswork.ie
- Must be trading for at least 12 months (this includes the planning phase)
- Not be a non-for-profit or charity-based business structure
- Have less than 250 employees
- Once accepted, you will be required to complete a De Minimis Declaration
This is a list of any small grants you have received (no more than €300k over 3 years of funding/ grants)
- Once through that, you will be invited to book an Onboarding session with Agile Executives. This takes 1 hour. Ask for ‘Benedek Frank’ here and you will be matched to me immediately.
- Once onboarding is completed you will be matched with Benedek as your mentor
